At SikSilk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and swimwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all SikSilk swing tags are still attached and the product is in its original state.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
